SROIIA is a nonprofit organization that was established to provide independent investment advisers a self-regulatory organization tailored to their needs and specifications. The future of the regulatory landscape is uncertain, but SROIIA believes that investment advisers should have a SRO that they can call their own if regulatory oversight is passed to one or more SROs.
